Joint Integrative Analysis and Planning Capability
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Joint Integrative Analysis and Planning Capability (JIAPC) supports the Secretary of Defense Information Operations (IO) Roadmap by providing the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), and, by extension, each combatant command with an integrated Information Operations (IO) effects-based targeting, analysis, and planning capability that will holistically characterize targets and initially provide kinetic, lethal and non-lethal options for courses of action. JIAPC provides a unified capability for Holistic Target Characterization which will fuse target intelligence across multiple domains in support of military operations: physical infrastructures; electromagnetic environments; human factors; special programs; and other domains as appropriate.
