[edit] Our Lady of the Assumption Parish
Is a Catholic parish built in 1975 after hurricane Celia tore down the mission church which was built in 1951. The church is located in Ingleside, Texas and has a stained glass window above the altar that was made in the 17th century.
In 1973, a stained glass window depicting the “Presentation of Jesus in the Temple” that was made in the 1600’s that was made in Spain and donated to the church’s pastor by Mr. and Mrs. Minor Culli. The new church had not yet been built, but help of many parishioners, townspeople, and business, the church was built and finished in 1975.
