[edit] Propose moving to John Sherman Cooper

Unless someone can provide a persuasive reason not to make this change, I intend to move this article to John Sherman Cooper. The reason is very simple: I am old enough to remember his service in the Senate, and the plain fact is that he was always referred to as "John Sherman Cooper" - NOT as "John S. Cooper".
