[edit] Macdonald or MacDonald?

I thought I put this in my edit summary but it seems I didn't: the Ontario legislature's website listing historical MPPs spells the name as MacDonald, hence my changing the spelling in the article (see [1], [2] . Do we have a definitive source on this question, one way or the other?Homey 18:05, 7 October 2005 (UTC)
