The likely cause of death of John Hicks was Aneurysm.If someone can verify this will be welcome. Rest in peace Mr. Hicks, our mentor.

I am the editor of On Sound and Music and I gave permission for the content to be used in Wikipedia. I also knew John Hicks personally.

Some references have him being born on December 12, while others say December 21. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? -- Rick Block (talk) 23:00, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
