I started this article and intend to keep working on it. I just haven't quite found as much information on DeCamp as I would've liked yet. I'll continue searching, however, and keep working on it. --LoganCale 23:56, 23 January 2006 (UTC)

It's been said he was involved in the CIA's PHOENIX but that's probably beyond my scope of available time to spend researching. -anony
