Senator Garwood: I was very disappointed to see that you withdrew the bill on making it illegal to have a wild animal as a pet. I don't know if you are aware of all the zoo s in USA are reproducing wild animals and allowing them to be sold to private individuals and they in turn manage to abuse and kill most of thse poor animals. There are many safe havens in this country that have taken in lions, tigers and bears because they have been kept in two by four cages and starved. Your bill needs to be adopted by the entire country. Please do not give up on it. Thank you Jean Brooker, 2557 Bent Green St , Raleigh, N>C> 27614
