JohnsonDiversey, Inc. was created by Johnson Wax Professional's acquisition of the DiverseyLever company in May, 2002. JohnsonDiversey serves the business-to-business marketplace by bringing products and services to customers in more than 140 countries worldwide. They employ about 11,000 persons and have estimated sales of $3.2 billion.
JohnsonDiversey is one of the world's leaders in developing and marketing cleaning and hygiene solutions and services that are used in commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. They have teams of people focused on delivering these solutions to specific customer sectors. These include, retail, food & beverage, food service, healthcare, lodging, building service contractors, commercial laundry, government, education, manufacturing, janitorial distributors and cash & carry.
