Johnny Carino’s Italian is a casual, full service Italian restaurant with an innovative menu featuring platters and dinners catering to families and dining parties of all sizes. Inspired from Southern Italian country recipes.
Fired Up, Inc., the parent Company of Johnny Carino's Italian Restaurants has contractual agreements for 490 Johnny Carino's to be developed by 21 franchise partners throughout the United States and the Middle East over the next 15 years. Fired Up Inc., intends to expand 10 to 12 Company restaurants per year and continue aggressive growth of multi-unit Johnny Carino's through strategic development partnerships making Johnny Carino's one of the fastest growing concepts in the restaurant industry. Fired Up Inc. expects that the mature Johnny Carino's chain will be 70% franchised and 30% Company-owned.
Carino's was the primary sponsor on Brad Coleman's #18 Joe Gibbs Racing Chevy during the Mexico City NASCAR Busch Series race on 4 March 2007.
