Johnny Bennett

Johnny Bennett is a young British actor who has played the part of Liam Gallagher in Channel 4's Shameless from series 3 onwards. He took over the role from Joseph Furnace.

He hails from Manchester and is born of Irish parents.He is a keen Manchester United fan and has attended Old Trafford on a number of occasions.Johnny is the youngest of 3 boys. he has two brothers tom and finbarr. they both attended cistercian college roscrea , ireland. Like Johnny they are avid Man Utd fans. One of toms best mates is Graeme Mysterio Hoyne. Mysterio is a shady character , having just been released from an 18 month jail term for indecent exposure. Tom and Mysterio are a modern day Laurel and Hardy. They pass the time winding up each other, and random strangers, with their swashbuckle shenanagins.
