The elusive Mr. Jonathan "John" Richard Ipswich, III is a UK reporter and architect. He appeared on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart in May of 2005 for the purpose of promoting his new book, entitled "I Left My Heart in San Diego [And London]." He was awarded the Sexiest Man Alive Award from People Magazine, and can be sometimes found in the Casino of Monte Carlo, gambling with other celebrities.
Ipswich was born in 1984 under the name Jonathan Richard Gibblestein, III which he later shortened to Gibb, and finally changed it to Ipswich. He attended Eton College, and later went on to UCLA and earned a degree in journalism. He later went to Cambridge to continue his studies.
The magazine he works for is currently under wraps. People suspect that he uses the pseudonym "Nathan Way" (Fatso Magazine), but it is mere speculation. More information on Nathan Way is at www.fatsomagazine.com/nathanway.
Ipswich was born into a family of scientologists, but later converted to Roman Catholicism, and finally to Buddhism. He currently resides in Bellefordshire, England, but his present whereabouts are unknown. His immediate family remains in secrecy.
In 2005, Ipswich invented the word "apotelesmatic," meaning "bearing good results." As of yet it is unpublished in the dictionary.
He is an ardent supporter of the football club Manchester United, and frequently goes to the pitch to watch his favourite team.
Ipswich has a villa in Monte Carlo, where he often throws parties with celebrities. When asked about these parties, George Clooney said, "Oh, God, they're awesome! That guy brings a...load of these drinks, mixes them together, puts them under a fire, and screams, "Who wants a flaming hooker?!" He then takes us out into the Aegean Sea in his yacht."
He plans on making a speaker tour in 2010.
