John Chester Williams (born September 12, 1953) is an archer from the United States, who was born in Cranesville, Pennsylvania. He won the gold medal in the men's individual achery competition at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, West Germany. It was the first Olympic archery metal in 52 years. He was coached by Clarence Fowkes. He wrote the book Archery for Beginners.
