John Snow, Inc (JSI) is a public health research and consulting firm in the United States and around the world. Named after the English physician John Snow, JSI, along with its non-profit partner JSI Research and Training, provides technical and managerial assistance to public health programs worldwide. JSI is also affiliated with JSI Brasil, Instituo Promundo, and JSI/UK.

Through collaborating with local partners, JSI assists countries, governments, communities, families, and individuals to develop their own skills and identify solutions that meet their public health needs. JSI works to improve access to and quality of health care through management assistance, education, information and training. JSI conducts research and provides technical assistance to enable agencies and health professionals to address the needs of families they serve, especially the poor and underserved.

Incorporated in 1978, JSI has implemented projects in more than 100 countries. Currently, JSI is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, and operates from seven U.S. and 44 international offices, with more than 375 U.S.-based staff, and 700 host country national field-based staff across five continents.
