John Skoyles

John Skoyles (b. 1949 in New York, New York) is an American poet and writer.

Skoyles has taught at Southern Methodist University, Sarah Lawrence College, Warren Wilson College and Emerson College. He was executive director of the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, Massachusetts from 1992-94.

He was educated at Fairfield University and the University of Iowa.
