John Scott Redd

John Scott Redd is director of the National Counterterrorism Center of the United States. He has held this office since August 1, 2005.[1] According to David Martin at the CBS Evening News, "Scott Redd may be the most important person you've never heard of."[2]
He was also the Executive Director of the WMD Intelligence Comission. [3]
He was a Vice Admiral in the United States Navy. He retired from active military service in 1998.
