Dr. John C. Rao is an Associate Professor of History at St. John's University, Director of the Roman Forum/Dietrich von Hildebrand Institute, and former President of Una Voce America.[1] He was criticised for giving a speech in Prague by Cardinal Miloslav Vlk for his anti-American views.[2][3][4]
