John B. Quigley is a professor of law at the Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University. He has published many articles and books on human rights, the United Nations, war and peace, east European law, African law, and the Arab-Israeli conflict. Professor Quigley is fluent in Russian and French and highly proficient in Spanish, and Swahili.
