John Nicks

John Allen Wisden Nicks (born April 22, 1929) is a British figure skating coach. He was a pair skater with his sister, Jennifer Nicks, winning the 1953 World Figure Skating Championships. Nicks is the current coach of Sasha Cohen. He has coached the following skaters:
- Jo Jo Starbuck and Kenneth Shelley
- Tai Babilonia and Randy Gardner
- Tiffany Chin
- Christopher Bowman
- Natasha Kuchiki
- Jenni Meno and Todd Sand
- Kristi Yamaguchi and Rudy Galindo
- Naomi Nari Nam
Nicks was inducted into the World Figure Skating Hall of Fame (2000).
Recently, Nicks appeared as a judge on the 2006 FOX television program Skating with Celebrities.
