John Maunu

John "Iron Fist" Maunu (June 12, 1914 - March 23, 1983) was a 20th century Finnish Fascist.

Maunu was born into a poor farming family in Tornio, Finland. His early years were spent working on the family farm and attending school. Having grown up during the Finnish Civil War, Maunu's politics were forever changed. As a young man he began to get involved with some Fascist political groups.

Upon hearing that Finland was to join the war in the side of the Axis powers, Maunu was eager to join the fight.
