John Manners, 4th Earl of Rutland (c. 1559–February 24, 1588) was the son of Henry Manners, 2nd Earl of Rutland.
He married Elizabeth Charlton and they had six children:
- Bridget Manners
- Roger Manners, 5th Earl of Rutland (1576–1612)
- Francis Manners, 6th Earl of Rutland (1578–1632)
- George Manners, 7th Earl of Rutland (1580–1641)
- Sir Oliver Manners (c. 1582–?)
- Frances Manners (c. 1588–?)
