John Samuel Malecela (born 1934) in Bugiri Dodoma, was Prime Minister of Tanzania from 1990-11-09–1994-12-07. He was born in Bugiri, Dodoma. He is currently vice-chairman of the CCM, and a member of the CCM Central Committee.
