John Lilly can refer to:

  • John Lyly, Lilly or Lylie, (c. 1553 – 1606) was an English writer, best known for his Euphues.
  • John C. Lilly, a physician and psychoanalyst whose controversial research projects included attempts to communicate with dolphins and experiments involving psychedelic drugs and sensory deprivation tanks.
  • John Lilly (as of January 2007) is the COO of the Mozilla Corporation which produces the Firefox web browser.
