John L. Williams (born November 23, 1964 in Palatka, Florida), was a former American professional football player who was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the 1st round (15th overall) of the 1986 NFL Draft. A 5'11", 228 lbs. fullback from the University of Florida, Williams played in 10 NFL seasons from 1986-1995. He was selected to the Pro Bowl in 1990 and 1991.
