John II, Duke of Bourbon

John II of Bourbon (14261488, Château de Moulins) was Duke of Bourbon and Auvergne from 1456 to his death, following his father Charles I of Bourbon. His mother was Agnes of Burgundy.

John had no surviving children, although he was married three times:

  1. in 1447 at the Château de Moulins to Joanna of France (14301482), daughter of Charles VII, King of France
  2. in 1484 at St. Cloud to Catherine of Armagnac, daughter of Jacques d'Armagnac, 4th Duc de Nemours, who died in 1487 while giving birth to:
    • John (Moulins, 1487), styled Count of Clermont
  3. in 1487 to Joanna of Bourbon-Vendôme, daughter of John II, Count of Vendôme, by whom he had one son:
    • Louis (1488), styled Count of Clermont

He was constable of France in 1483.
