John Hutchinson (born December 29, 1979 in Morwell, Australia) is an Australian football (soccer) player. He currently plays as a left midfielder for the Australian A-League club Central Coast Mariners. Hutchinson was awarded the Chairman's Award for outstanding service to the Mariners in 2005-06.

One of the most highly-lauded prospects to emerge from the famed Gippsland Falcons youth setup.

Certain to be in contention for upcoming Socceroos squads after making a full recovery from a knee injury which ruled him out of the 2005-6 A-League Finals series, the 2006 FIFA World Cup and Australia's Asian Cup Qualifying matches.
