John Henry Clarke

John Henry Clarke, MD (1853–1931), was a prominent English classical homeopath.
Dr. Clarke was a busy practitioner. As a physician he not only had his own clinic in Piccadilly, London, but he also was a consultant at the London Homeopathic Hospital and researched into new remedies — nosodes.

Clarke was keen in his writing and it is even said that he had a desk in his carriage[citation needed]. For many years, he was the editor of The Homeopathic World. He wrote many books, his most well-known were were Dictionary of Materia Medica and Repertory of Materia Medica (i.e., the Clinical Repertory).[citation needed]

Clarke was a leading advocate of anti-Semitism and served as chairman of The Britons from its formation in 1918 until his death.[citation needed]
