John Glenn High School is a public high school in New Concord, Ohio. It is the only high school in the East Muskingum Local School District. Their nickname is the Little Muskies, taken from nearby Muskingum College's nickname, the Muskies.

The school is named after John Glenn, former U.S. Senator and astronaut, who was born in nearby Cambridge, Ohio, and grew up in New Concord.

JGHS is notable for its Salvation Army canned food drive, the largest high school canned food drive in the country. In 2006, students of JGHS donated 72,230 items of non-perishable food to the Salvation Army.
