As of fall 2006 there were 228 students enrolled at John F. Kennedy High School. Under the current OSAA standards, Kennedy is in the 2A classification.[1]

Kennedy High School offers a variety of classes, from standard curriculum to honor courses. Kennedy currently operates on a seven period schedule. [3] Kennedy also offers many extra-curricular activities such as student government, FBLA-PBL, and FFA.

Kennedy is a member of the Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA). It offers a number of interscholastic varsity sports, such as boys and girls basketball, football, volleyball, cross country, baseball, softball, and track and field. The school mascot is the trojan and the colors are blue, white, and red.
