John Egan is an All-Ireland winning Gaelic footballer from County Kerry.

Born in County Kerry, Egan played for the Kerry County football team in the late 1970s and 1980s.

He won a number of All-Ireland senior football medals. Egan was also the recipient of five GAA All Stars Awards in 1975, 1977, 1978, 1980 and 1982. He won National Football League medals and Railway Cup medals with the Munster team,
