John Demartini is world renown speaker, author and self-development trainer.

Born in Houston, Texas in 1955. At the age of seven he was diagnosed as a left-handed dyslexic. By the age of 14 he dropped out of school and left his home for California to pursue an interest in surfing. He spent a few years on the streets panhandling and moved to Hawaii at age 17.
While living in Hawaii he met Paul Bragg who helped him turn his life around. In 1978 John graduated from University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree. That year he entered the Texas Chiropractic College. While attending his name was recorded in the Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and International Man of Achievement. In 1982 John received his doctorate and graduated magna cum laude earning a Special Achievement Award for Clinical Practise.
John was one of the teachers featured in the The Secret, a DVD movie released by Prime Time Productions out of Australia.
