John Croll has been involved in the Media Monitoring industry since 1981 and has worked in all facets of the business. He has been Chief Executive Officer since 1999 after holding senior roles in a number of monitoring companies. As past President of the Australian Association of Information Monitoring, John has a detailed knowledge of the copyright law and has been the industry representative in negotiating copyright agreements in the press and broadcast mediums.
