John Banaszak was a professional football player with the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1975-1981. He is a 3 time Super Bowl Champion. He later played with the Michigan Panthers of the USFL.
After his football career, Banaszak went into coaching. He was the head coach of Washington & Jefferson College (NCAA Division III) Football and baseball teams in late 1990s.
He is currently an assistant football coach under Joe Walton at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh
