John Allred (born September 9, 1974 in Encinitas, CA) is a retired National Football League tight end.

Allred played for the Chicago Bears between 1997 and 2000 and for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2002. He was once knocked out by brother in law, John Lynch, while playing tight end for the Chicago Bears.
