John Smith, Patriarch to the Church, 1849-1854, younger brother of Joseph Smith Sr.

George A. Smith, Member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, 1839-1868, First Counselor in First Presidency (1868-1875), cousin of Joseph Smith, Jr. and Hyrum Smith.

John H. Smith, Member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, 1880-1910, Second Counselor in the First Presidency, 1910-1911, second cousin of Joseph F. Smith.

George Albert Smith, Member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, 1903-1945, President of the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 1945-1951, third cousin of Joseph Fielding Smith.
