[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:MartyWrightBodybuilder.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:MartyWrightBodybuilder.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images on Wikipedia is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. You can get help on image copyright tagging from Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags. -- Carnildo 13:26, 1 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] PLEASE ASSIST, WRESTLING FANS OF WIKIPEDIA

Me and the soon to be departing (hopefully not) Moe Epsilon are setting up a project to deal with the music of this great business. It will be Wikipedia:WikiProject Music of wrestling. Join if you are remotely interested - every little helps! Thanks. Kingfisherswift 17:09, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Joseph Dickens

Some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Joseph Dickens may not be sufficiently well-known to merit articles of their own. The Wikipedia community welcomes newcomers, and encourages them to become Wikipedians. On Wikipedia, all users are entitled to a user page in which they can describe themselves, and this article's content may be incorporated into that page. However, to merit inclusion in the encyclopedia proper, a subject must be notable. We encourage you to write or improve articles on notable subjects. --TruthbringerToronto (Talk | contribs) 03:41, 8 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:Jerryhorton.png

Thanks for uploading Image:Jerryhorton.png. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 03:06, 4 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 300 Edits

Hey, I wanted you to know that some of your edits were reverted recently. I am the one that did tthe reverting. It had been decided in the Discussion Page not to overwikilink the page. As well, WP:MOS points out that many of the words you wikilinked had already been thus linked, and subsequent liking was redundant. I haope that explains things, and I hope to see your cntributions soon. Cheers, Arcayne 19:05, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
