[edit] Most liberal?

I removed the sentence that stated that Bolkcom was one of the most liberal members of the IGA because of the area he was elected from because the link you provided didn't support the statement - it didn't compare his political positioning with other members of the IGA and didn't state that he was mroe liberal because he was elected from the 39th district.
