Michael Conrad Carew (born September 15, 1937, Woodbrook, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago) is a former West Indian cricketer who played in 19 Tests from 1963 to 1972.

Carew was a mentor to a young Brian Lara at the beginning of Lara's career. Carew served as a selector on the West Indian Cricket Board for a period of time until stepping down on July 10th, 2006.
