Joseph Lord Riley Buchanan Jr. (or Joey Buchanan)is a fictional character on the soap opera One Life To Live. He was last played by Bruce Michael Hall in 2003 and 2004.

Joey was born to Viki Lord Riley soon after the death of his father Joe Riley in 1979. When Viki later married Clint Buchanan in 1982, Clint adopted Joey and his older brother, Kevin Lord Riley.
