Joel Moseley

Joel Moseley is a football coach and is believed to be one of the team responsible for the adaptation of total football into the Dutch national team in the 1970s. In later years, Moseley moved to America and has been involved in coaching a number of teams on a casual basis specialising in teaching skills and close control. He was also involved in Nike's 2005/06 Joga Bonito campaign.

As a coach, Moseley was involved in a number of Dutch football teams beginning his career at FC Twente in 1965 as a part of the original staff recruited after the merger of SC Enschede and Enschedese Boys. Moseley was then recruited into the national team's background staff and was heavily involved in the period which saw it adapt the style of football which was dubbed total football.

Moseley is now semi-retired and living in Connecticut, US. He now works primarily as a troubleshooter for failing football teams although he was involved in the European marketing of Nike's Joga Bonito campaign in 2006.
