Joel Defries (b. 14 March 1984, London) is the British-born C4 presenter.

He started off at alternative radio station Channel Z, before he went on to host the music jukebox show Select Live. Defries has been chosen to present a new New Zealand- based live music show called Live at Yours.

Defries has a reputation for bringing a bizarre sense of humour to his show Vodafone Select Live.

Defries is considered very polarising due to his accent and his humour.

He has hosted Select Live since 2005 and moved to Live at Yours since then.
