Joe Spano

Joe Spano (born July 7, 1946) in San Francisco, California is an American actor who is perhaps most well known for his Emmy nominated role as Lt. Henry Goldblume on Hill Street Blues.
Spano has since been seen in NYPD Blue, The X-Files, American Graffiti, Apollo 13, and NCIS.
