Joe Scully was a fictional character in the Australian soap opera Neighbours, played by Shane Connor. He first appeared in 1999 when he and his family moved into 26 Ramsay Street, vacated by the Martin family.

Joe started off as an apprentice in the building trade and eventually worked his way up to forming 'Ozbuilt', his very own construction company.

Joe married Lyn O'Rourke in 1978 and together they had four children - Stephanie Scully, Jack Scully, Felicity Scully and Michelle Scully. In much later years his wife Lyn decided she would like another baby, and they went on to have their fifth child Oscar Scully. Soon after the birth of baby Oscar however, Joe's father became ill and he left Ramsay Street to live with him. He remained at his father's farm, and Lyn joined him for a short period. However, she wanted to remain in Ramsay Street and decided she didn't love him anymore. They divorced and Lyn took Oscar back to Ramsay Street.

Joe's exit was off-screen, due to Shane Connor having been fired from the series.
