Joe Pisapia

Joe Pisapia is a musician who is currently part of the band Guster. In the past he has also recorded albums solo and with his band Joe, Marc's Brother and a side project as half of Watercolor.
Joe has described himself as a deli-man (with Marc in their father's Italian store), guitar player, songwriter, singer, collaborator, arrogant asshole, occasional session-guy, humble insecure guy, producer, jackass, lover, fool, romantic idealist, spiritual dabbler, artist etc. He currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

Under the name of Joe Pisapia, he has released the album Daydreams. He and Liz Hodder collaborated to produce Beautiful Mistakes under the name Watercolor. With Joe, Marc's Brother, he has released Around The Year With, The Pennsylvania Sessions, Autumn 98 EP, and The Debut Of. In 2000, he worked with Anthony Rapp to release the album Look Around. He was involved with Guster for the production of Keep It Together and was pronounced an official member shortly thereafter at a show in Portland, Maine, as is documented on the DVD Guster on Ice. The band released their album, Ganging Up on the Sun, June 20, 2006.
