Joe Philbin

Joe Philbin (born July 2, 1961) is the current offensive coordinator for the Green Bay Packers. Joe went to college at Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, PA where he obtained a B.A. in sociology as a member of the Class of 1984. He then pursued a master's of education in administration and supervision from Tulane in 1986.
