Joe Oros

Joe Oros was an automobile designer for Ford Motor Company.
He graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 1939. He briefly worked for General Motors after graduation, then joined the industrial design firm George W. Walker. He joined Ford in the early 1950s when Walker became head of Ford design.
Oros rose to director of exterior design and had oversight for many Ford vehicle projects, including the Ford Mustang and Ford Torino.
