Joe Miller (born 8 December 1967 in Glasgow) is a former Scottish footballer and is currently manager of Scottish Football League club Clyde.

During his playing career, Miller played for Aberdeen, Celtic, Dundee United, Raith Rovers, Clydebank and Clyde. He also played in Australia, spending a season with Parramatta Power in the NSL and also helped North Sydney Soccer Club to win the KDSA Grand Final in 2003.

He was initially assistant manager to Graham Roberts at Clyde but was appointed manager in 2006 following the departure of Roberts following a feud between the pair.

In 2006, Miller took Clyde to the Challenge Cup final, the club's first national final in over 40 years.
