Joe Castiglione is the Athletic Director at the University of Oklahoma. He was formerly Athletic Director at the University of Missouri. In 2004 he received the Bobby Dodd Award for the athletic director of the year. He has overseen four national championships in the various sports within his department.

Castiglione is best known for his hiring of current Oklahoma football coach Bob Stoops in 1999.
