Joseph Albert Ballaro (born November 3, 1983 in Derby, Connecticut) is the bass guitarist of the Connecticut band Hot Rod Circuit. Before becoming a musician he attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales University. He currently resides with his parents in Shelton, Connecticut.
