Trivia:

Zeppelin Games Made Jocky Wilson's Darts Challenge with tremendous music by Adam Gilmore http://www.atarimania.com/detail_soft-TYPE_CODE-G-MENU-8-ADV-0-VERSION_ID-2677-SOFT_ID-2678.html

Among Atari 8bit owners the game was (still is) very popular not as a game to play, but rather a source of music to hack from, which was used in a number of demos (don't know if 'demo' for a demonstration program is officially used English word)

Anyone any information where the man is these days? (Why he's not in darts, what he's doing etc)? Would be good to add it. Porterjoh 19:30, 17 December 2006 (UTC)

This is purely anecdotal so probably not suitable for the article: Last I heard, Jocky was back living in his native Kirkcaldy. He has constant health problems as a result of all the years of smoking and drinking, and pretty down on his luck. Whatever money he made out of darts is long gone. He will always be a Scottish working-class hero though. Grievous Angel 17:40, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Jocky's date of birth

Jocky's date of birth has sprung up as 30 December 1951 I have added [citation needed] because most websites list him as being born in 1951 and I haven't (yet) seen anything to support his date of birth being correct. Seedybob2 17:31, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
