[edit] Prison Officer Stewart

Wentworth Detention Centre prison officer Jock Stewart was known for being involved in pressuring inmate Doreen Anderson into selling her inherited house against her will, after receiving large financial incentives from property developers. On witnessing Jock's heavy-handed tactics with Doreen, prisoner Sharon Gilmour attempted to blackmail Stewart but came to an untimely death when he pushed her down a flight of stairs. Stewart was never found guilty of Gilmour's murder as there was no proof, but shortly after her death was fired from the prison service due to his other infractions.

[edit] Bryant's Revenge

At the time of her death Sharon Gilmour had been serving her sentence alongside her girlfriend Judy Bryant. Jock taunted Judy by telling her he had in fact killed Sharon, and she vowed to exact her revenge on him at some stage. Several months later Judy successfully escaped from prison. She gained employment at a massage parlour in order to track down Stewart. As a regular client of the parlour, Jock unknowingly came into close proximity with Judy who attempted to murder him on their meeting. She did not succeed and was returned to Wentworth to serve her sentence.

[edit] At the Races

After being released from Wentworth, Bryant spent a lot of time with her family. During an afternoon outing at the races, Bryant spotted Stewart as a fellow patron. Stewart followed Bryant back to her home and attempted to attack her. After chasing Bryant around her apartment and it's building complex, Stewart ironically fell down a flight of stairs and begged for the help of Judy. Bryant ignored his requests making him realise how Sharon would have felt under similar circumstances. Stewart was made a paraplegic in the fall.
